Close-up photographs of every damage point, drone aerial imagery for steep or multi-story buildings, and a photo library delivered with your report. Nothing overlooked, nothing undocumented.
A written inspection report describing findings, severity, and recommended actions. For insurance claims, the report is claim-ready with photos and measurements referenced to the structure.

An inspector arrives at the scheduled time, introduces themselves, and walks you through what they will be doing. Depending on the scope, expect the inspection to take 30 to 90 minutes on site.
Within 24 to 48 hours of the inspection, you receive a written report with photos, findings, and recommendations. You keep the report whether you work with us or not.
