SMS / Text Messaging

When you provide your phone number to National Restoration (NR) — by signing a Contractor Authorization Form during a free property inspection, by submitting an online inquiry, by signing a contractor services agreement, or by giving verbal consent during a phone call — you may consent to receive SMS text messages from us regarding your project (transactional) and/or about promotions and seasonal storm-restoration tips (marketing). The two SMS programs are separate and you may opt in to either, both, or neither.

Message and data rates may apply. Transactional message frequency varies based on the active stage of your project, typically 1 to 5 messages per week. Marketing message frequency is approximately 1 to 4 messages per month.

Reply STOP at any time to opt out of either program. Reply HELP for assistance.

Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are NOT shared, sold, rented, or otherwise transferred to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. To request deletion of your phone number from our system, email inquiries@natrestoration.com.
