By accessing or using the National Restoration website (the "Site") or requesting a quote, inspection, or service from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Services
National Restoration provides restoration, roofing, siding, window, gutter, solar, and related general contracting services. A signed written proposal or contract controls the specific scope, price, timeline, and warranty of any work performed. Information on this Site is informational and does not by itself form a contract.
Estimates & Pricing
Estimates provided through this Site, by phone, or in person are good-faith assessments based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary based on conditions discovered during work, change orders, insurance supplements, or material availability. All pricing is subject to the terms of your signed project agreement.
Insurance Claims
When we assist with insurance coordination, we act as your contractor, not your insurance representative. We cannot guarantee a specific claim outcome or supplement approval. Final decisions on coverage rest with your insurance carrier.
Warranties
We stand behind our work with written workmanship warranties. Our default workmanship warranty is 5 years on roofing scopes, with longer terms available with system upgrades. Manufacturer product warranties on materials apply separately and vary by product tier selected at proposal. Warranty terms are provided in writing at project completion and supersede any general language on this Site.
Your Use of the Site
- Do not use the Site for unlawful purposes or to harass others.
- Do not attempt to bypass security, scrape at volumes that degrade service, or reverse engineer the Site.
- Do not submit false information through our forms.
- Do not copy, republish, or redistribute our content without written permission.
Intellectual Property
The Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by National Restoration or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. "National Restoration," "National Restoration," and related logos are our trademarks.
Third-Party Links & Content
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and embedded content (such as maps and manufacturer resources). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.
Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, National Restoration will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our liability for work performed under a signed contract is governed by that contract.

You agree to defend and indemnify National Restoration from third-party claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the services are performed, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in that state.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
SMS / Text Messaging
By providing your phone number to National Restoration (NR) through a signed Contractor Authorization Form, signed contractor services agreement, online inquiry, or verbal consent during a phone call — and by initialing or checking the relevant SMS consent option — you authorize us to send you SMS messages.
We operate two separate SMS programs:
- (a) TRANSACTIONAL— messages about your active project, including inspection scheduling, adjuster meetings, estimate delivery, installation updates, and completion notices. Frequency varies, typically 1 to 5 messages per week.
- (b) MARKETING— promotional and educational text messages including seasonal storm-restoration tips, special offers, and reminders. Frequency 1 to 4 messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out of either program at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never sold, shared, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
